Requirements
- University degree or College diploma with specialized training in a related field
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational aptitude, detailed oriented, and excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player, customer-oriented, self-motivated with ability to interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
