Logistics Administrator

We are looking for a driven Transport & Logistics Planner to join our logistics department in central Malmö. This is a temporary position from June 2026 - September 2026 with the possibility of extension. The role involves delivery planning, booking and coordinating shipments, and monitoring transport.

Requirements

• Degree from university or equivalent educational institution
• Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding (plus)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Understanding of other Nordic languages (plus)
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Flexible and supportive of colleagues
