We are looking for an experienced Depot Manager to lead operations at our busy Swindon depot. The role involves managing daily operations, leading and developing a team, and driving commercial growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing a depot, branch, or operational team
• Background in plant hire, tool hire, construction equipment, or a similar sector
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to grow revenue and improve performance
• Excellent people management skills, including coaching, development, and performance management
