2025-49- Lead Test Systems Development Engineer

Seeking a hands-on, energetic, assertive, motivated, and experienced Lead Test Systems Development engineer to join an international test development team. The selected candidate will hold a senior position among a dedicated team of electrical test engineers, as well as perform hands-on electrical development, debugging and optimization in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) test station development.

Requirements

• Good English/Vietnamese communication skills required (Mandarin is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years in High Volume Manufacturing Test, and 3 years in a senior role
• Hands-on test experience and understanding of how to test RF and audio products (ie. Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi, etc.)
• Programming with common languages such as Python, C#, LabVIEW, and others
• Knowledge and understanding of common test and measurement equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
• Test fixture/jig design experience
• Clearly communicate issues, concerns, and findings to the design engineer and factory manager
• Research and recommend solutions to complex production test problems
• Familiar with electronic circuit design and NPI development process before mass production
• Familiar with fast design of hardware for product testing
• Familiar with statistical analysis such as Cpk and Gage R&R analysis
