Job Description
Develop and maintain test systems to ensure product quality, support NPI, and drive test efficiency in electronics manufacturing.
Requirements
- Support design and development of automated and manual test systems
- Execute test plans to verify product functionality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during NPI
- Analyze test data to support yield improvement and quality enhancement
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot existing test equipment
- Develop test software for data acquisition and instrumentation
- Train and mentor junior test engineers and technicians
- Coordinate with global engineering and manufacturing sites
- Drive continuous improvement projects
