Sr. Accounting Officer

The Sr. Accounting Officer role supports the corporate accounting team with general ledger and monthly close activities, including responsibilities such as preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed asset balances, as well as leading the annual fixed asset physical inventory and preparing sales tax filings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with both public and private industry
• Team oriented, responsible, prompt and courteous
• Strong time management, organizational, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage deadlines with a strong sense of accountability to manage workload
• Intermediate technology skills, particularly intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle ARCS is a plus
