Family Medicine Provider to provide comprehensive medical assessments, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on medical conditions and lifestyle adjustments. Requirements

• Licensure: Alaska Physician Medical license (MD/DO), or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Education: Completion of an accredited medical school with Family Medicine residency training.
• Certification: Board‐eligible or board‐certified in Family Medicine (for MD/DO).
• Experience: New graduates with relevant clinical training and strong interest in behavioral health will be considered.
