Job Description
The Epic Resolute Professional Billing Senior Analyst functions as the primary support contact and expert for the Epic Resolute application. Works under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager to configure, build and install the application. Analyzes workflows and understands policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the inpatient/outpatient revenue cycle environment and hospital operations
- Solid knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and integration with clinical processes and practices
- Ability to maintain and assist in managing project work plans
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills working in a service-oriented environment
- Effective written and oral communications
- Established organizational and problem-solving skills
