Staff Nurse, Liver Transplant - Per Diem

The Staff Nurse position is responsible for providing care to assigned patients, assessing, diagnosing, planning, and intervening in health problems, and evaluating patient response. Responsibilities include patient education and discharge planning, mobilizing patients, and preventing skin breakdown, falls, and implementing safety measures.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• BLS Certification
• Two (2) years Adult Medical/Surgical experience
• Phlebotomy Certification or IV Certification
• BSN degree or higher for entry-level candidates
