Universal Music France (UMF) is seeking a person to join their HR department as an Alternance - Assistant/E. Payroll & HR Administration (People Operations) in Paris, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR tasks, including employee management, payroll administration, and transverse projects.

Requirements

• From an HR background and preparing a Bac+3
• Rigorous, organized, and possess a real sense of initiative
• Excellent relational qualities and a strong sense of service
• Ability to prove discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in HR software and comfortable with information systems dedicated to human resources
