Director, Finance

We are looking for a Director, Finance with financial forecasting, analysis, and accounting experience to join our team at MCA, a division of Universal Music Group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in detailed financial analysis and reporting, financial systems, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Financial forecasting, analysis, and accounting experience
• Proficiency in detailed financial analysis and reporting, financial systems, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years+ experience
• Hyperion Financial Management/Smartview Reporting, SAP and BPC planning financial application experience/knowledge strongly preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office products including advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Willingness and excitement to lean into AI tools
