We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Recordings, to identify, develop, and execute campaigns across the assigned roster employing modern, dynamic 'always-on' approach. The role will have knowledge across the spectrum of modern music marketing strategies and manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in music marketing and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media platforms, eCommerce and fan engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Creative mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Thrives in a frontline, artist-driven environment where priorities shift
