- Stay up-to-date on marketing, digital, social, short-form, and pop culture trends
- Manage music releases, set campaign timelines, and oversee release logistics
- Initiate well-thought-out plans for music releases
- Efficiently communicate results by creating weekly marketing reports
- Analyse trends across social media channels and platforms
- Participate in creative planning to generate big marketing ideas
- Work closely with artists, management, the brand team, and the digital team
- Partner with artists, managers, and departments to maintain and evolve artist brands
- Collaborate with A&R and creative teams to gather necessary assets
- Work closely with digital and commerce teams to implement digital plans
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing tools for effective promotion
