Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team at Universal Nissan/Hyundai. This position offers a competitive compensation structure, with a $15/hour base pay and uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Set and confirm appointments for Nissan sales team
- Follow up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport
