Job Description
The Marketing Contact Center Representative will manage a multi-state agency territory, develop and maintain professional relationships, and train new and existing agents on company products and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year industry experience
- Florida Insurance Licensure: 20-44 or 2-20
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
