Team Lead - Hardware

At Universal Quantum, we are creating the impossible by developing quantum computers. We are looking to hire a Team Lead – Hardware to lead the electronics solution of our Quantum Computer.

Requirements

• Technical decision maker on the complex integrated electronics solution of our Quantum Computer.
• Design, build and test electronics solutions using analogue and digital circuit design together with industry standard CAD packages and test equipment.
• Mentor senior and junior team members on electronics idea creation, design, build and test and working collaboratively as a team.
• Manage commercials and engagements with suppliers.
• Communicate risks and issues early and comprehensively, and proactively identify and closure the resolution.
• Work with Program Managers to provide estimates of your team’s work to allow cohesive schedules to be met and report on those projects progress.
