The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for making phone calls to promote enrollment opportunities and provide information to members. The coordinator will also assist with new enrollment tasks and documentation.
Requirements
- Make outbound calls to promote enrollment opportunities
- Provide information on enrollments
- Complete an assessment form for new enrollments
- Send out program details to new enrollments
- Submit payment to programs
- Coordinate new enrollment member with the Clinical team
- Document all new enrollments and calls
- Document all outbound calls, no answers, left message, etc.
- Assist with new enrollment tasks
