Founding Technical Recruiter

UniversalAGI is building OpenAI for Physics. We're a stealth AI startup based in San Francisco, backed by Elad Gil, Eric Schmidt, and other top investors. We're looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter to build a world-class talent engine from scratch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume technical recruiting experience
• Expert in sourcing strategies and tools
• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles: AI/ML engineers, research scientists, simulation engineers, computational specialists
• Strong technical fluency and ability to quickly learn complex technical domains
• Outstanding execution velocity and delivery
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-paced startup environments
