We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the FORMA team! This role is a chance to become a key partner for the CEO of FORMA during the company's active growth and launch of a separate office.
Requirements
- Have experience in the position of an assistant manager/administrative assistant/office manager for at least 1 year.
- Possess high-level skills in planning, time management, prioritization of tasks.
- Be familiar with tools such as Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet), Notion, Slack, Zoom.
- Be able to prepare documents, presentations, reports (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
- Understand basic business processes and corporate communication rules.
- Confidently speak English (Upper-Intermediate+) - able to conduct correspondence, arrange meetings, and accompany the CEO in international contexts.
