Job Description
We are looking for an Academic Director of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering to lead the academic strategy, strengthen research, and promote faculty development at UTEC – University of Engineering and Technology.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic leadership or university management, as well as teaching experience in higher education
- Research track record and academic publications
- Knowledge or experience in areas such as: Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Innovation in Construction, Emerging Technologies Applied to Construction (BIM, digital twins, data analytics, AI, automation, AR/VR)
