University assistant predoctoral

The University of Vienna is seeking a University Assistant Predoctoral to join their Strategic Management Subject Area within the Department of Business, Economics and Statistics. The role involves assisting and participating in administrative tasks and teaching activities, as well as pursuing a PhD in Management with a focus on Strategic Management. The successful candidate will be part of an international group of researchers and will have the opportunity to engage in research, teaching, and international collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed Master/Diploma degrees (or near completion)
• Top graduate (belong to the best 10% of their graduating classes)
• Strong quantitative background
• Interest in acquiring methodological skills in formal modelling and/or empirical testing
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Relevant study experience in a native English-speaking environment (a strong plus)
• Prior teaching experience (an advantage)
