Job Description
UHN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Specialized Dementia Unit at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients living with moderate to advanced dementia, manage behavioral and psychological symptoms, and promote quality of life.
Requirements
- Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
- 2-5 years experience in the care and management of patients with moderate to advanced dementia
- Certification in gerontology preferred
- Member, Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), OARN (SIG) preferred
