Registered Nurse

UHN is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-month contract position in the ENT/Gyne Oncology/Urology/Plastics department at Toronto General Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team caring for patients recovering from major and minor head and neck and plastic resections/reconstructions.

Requirements

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S) certification
• Previous experience in E.N.T. and plastic surgery
• Completion of Acute or Critical Care Nursing Certificate Program preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively and efficiently within a variety of patient care teams
• Excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills
