Advanced Practice Provider - Hospital Medicine - Geauga

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a Hospital Medicine night shift role at UH Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio. The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program
• 1+ years as a NP or PA
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships
• Computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
