Provides safe efficient age specific child life care to patients/families using child life interventions to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Requirements

• Patient documentation
• Patient/family care assessment/intervention
• Collaboration/education with healthcare team/volunteers/students
• Initiates and maintains community partnerships
• Actively participates in the quality improvement process
• Development/education/research
• Maintains Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients
