Organizes and conducts Speech-Language Pathology services to facilitate the rehabilitation of people with physical and/or psychosocial disabilities. Performs evaluation(s), develops a treatment plan, and educates patients/families/caregivers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited graduate program
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensed by the State of Ohio, Board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology or Conditional license by the State of Ohio
- American Speech Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellow
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
