Care Partner 7pm-7am $17-$21 (Full Time)

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join their team at University Senior Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments and be present, share talents, and be someone others can count on. They must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English. The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, and the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

• Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Be able to assist persons after a fall
• Be criminally cleared
