Requirements

• Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
• Distribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, asset tagging, and surplus
