Job Description
The Program Coordinator II is responsible for managing all aspects of the Heersink School of Medicine's Clinical and Research Undergraduate Summer Programs and assisting with other administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of related experience
- Oracle HR and Finance experience
- Exceptional computer, written, and communication skills
- Able to interact with a variety of UAB staff, faculty, senior-level administrators
- Able to multi-task to meet requirements of a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Can work autonomously as needed, or as part of team
