Join the University of Auckland Ngā Wharenoho Accommodation team as a Receptionist for the largest student housing operator in New Zealand. Provide essential reception and administrative support, including managing high-volume enquiries, handling financial reconciliation, and supporting front desk operations.

Requirements

• National Certificate of Educational Achievement Level 2 and/or a vocational qualification in a related subject is preferred.
• Reception and front desk experience.
• Demonstrable administrative or customer service experience in a public-facing role.
