Requirements
- Coordinate and manage professional development programs, services, and resources for alumni.
- Develop and manage targeted communications across email, social media, web, and texting platforms.
- Grow alumni volunteerism through mentorship and short-term engagement opportunities.
- Maintain and update web and digital content to ensure alignment with brand standards and engagement best practices.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics using the Advancement CRM to support data-driven decisions.
