Associate Professor or Professor and Director, School of Hospitality Leadership

The University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management invites applications for a 12-month associate professor or professor and director of the School of Hospitality Leadership. The position is responsible for the school's academic programs, administration, faculty recruitment, planning, and financial affairs. The director acts as the school's advocate and participates on the college's Executive Committee.

Requirements

• Hold the rank of a tenured professor or associate professor in hospitality, tourism, or a related field at an accredited university.
• Meet the UCF Rosen College requirements for tenure.
• A Ph.D. from an accredited institution, with at least one degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• A demonstrated record of teaching, research, and service commensurate with a tenured faculty appointment at the rank of associate professor or professor.
• Demonstrated success in academic and educational leadership roles.
