Senior Director, Development, Arts and Culture

The Senior Director, Development, Arts and Culture will manage multiple related teams of managers and professional staff who execute programs designed to meet fundraising goals for contributed income. The role will develop relationships with alumni, faculty, administrators, and organizations to secure major and principal gifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
• Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in nonprofit management, development, alumni relations, marketing, public relations, sales or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of soliciting and closing major gifts
• Minimum 4 years of management experience, including staff management
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and monitoring budgets
