Job Description
The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Head of School. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of School and manage their complex schedule.
Requirements
- School education to standard grade or equivalent
- Work experience as a senior/executive PA
- Rigorous approach to dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy
- Experience of maintaining a demanding calendar for senior postholders
