The Centre for Population Health Sciences at the Usher Institute within The University of Edinburgh is looking to appoint three SCREDS Clinical Lecturers in General Practice & Primary Care. The successful candidates will be appointed at the level of Specialist/Specialty Registrar and will be in the Scottish Training Programme in General Practice.
Requirements
- Hold a national training number (NTN) in General Practice at the time of applying
- Due to enter General Practice ST3 in August 2026 or February 2027
- Capacity for innovative and original thinking, & motivation to deliver high-quality research or medical education
- Capacity to be a future clinical academic leader in research and/or medical education
- Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams
- Ideally, some experience of research or education, and of publication/presentation of research
