Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy Housekeeping Team as a Senior Summer Domestic Assistant / Cleaner. As a Senior Summer Domestic Assistant / Cleaner you will be involved in distributing tasks to our teams of Domestic Assistants / Cleaners and checking that our accommodation and facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for servicing and ensuring our bedrooms and communal areas are cleaned, set up and serviced to hotel standards.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of colleagues and customers
- Experience in workload allocation to team members
- Supervisory skills are desirable
