Requirements

• Leading research in biological education
• Developing research networks and engaging in international collaboration
• Teaching in teacher education, particularly in the teacher education program for primary school teachers, and doctoral studies
• Supervising master's and doctoral students
• Developing and leading research projects in national and international networks
• Collaborating with colleagues in other departments and faculties
• Administrative tasks and participation in academic governance
