Job Description
The Director of Residence Life oversees the daily operation of the Residence Life program and creates a residence life culture consistent with the University’s Christian, Catholic and Benedictine mission.
Requirements
- Develops and successfully integrates a residence life programming model
- Collaborates with the University’s Creative Services Department to market the residence life program
- Hires, trains, directs, mentors, and supervises professional and graduate assistant personnel
- Provides for the effective assessment and evaluation of the performance of the University’s Residence Life Program
- Develops policies and procedures for the Residence Life program
- Collaborates across the University to support vital functions
