The Head Men’s & Women’s Golf Coach serves as the primary leader and steward of the University of Mary’s NCAA Division II Golf programs, providing strategic leadership, personnel supervision, scholarship management, competitive oversight, fundraising direction, and mission integration for both programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Masters’ degree preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of previous coaching experience required
- Upholds and promotes the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary
- Supports the ongoing implementation of Ex Corde Ecclesiae, the apostolic constitution on Catholic colleges and universities
- Builds a culture of ready and earnest hospitality in the Office of Athletics and throughout the university in accord with Saint Benedict’s admonition that all be received as Christ
