Responsible for assisting physicians and nursing staff with patient care, chart management, and patient flow, as well as performing delegated medical tasks and clerical duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Two to three years medical assisting and medical office experience
- Medical Assistant certification required
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Demonstrated skill in venipuncture
- CPR certification is required
