Job Description
The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach remotely for the Cloud Computing & Telecommunications program, specifically for the course Fundamentals of Networking (CMIT 265). The course aims to introduce networking technologies for local area networks, wide area networks, and wireless networks, and requires a master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, professional experience in Computer Networking and Security, and experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Professional experience in Computer Networking and Security
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education
