Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for establishing and executing the QA strategy for enterprise systems such as Workday, as well as testing integrations between Workday, homegrown applications, and other third-party platforms. This role provides hands-on QA support while focusing on enhancing QA processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science or equivalent field
- 5+ years of QA experience testing enterprise applications
- At least 3 years of hands-on QA experience testing Workday configurations, business processes, integrations, and exposure to concepts of automation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in integration testing across file-based, API, middleware, and third-party interfaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
