Job Description
The Assistant Volleyball Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the overall development and implementation of the women's volleyball program. This includes coaching, administrative duties, recruiting, and other tasks assigned by the Head Coach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of collegiate coaching experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
