Job Description
The University of Miami's Department of Psychology has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Case Manager to work in Miami Lakes, FL. The Case Manager coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for patients, from admission to discharge. The incumbent also provides ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, behavior analysis, social work or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
