Job Description
The Director, Development will work with the Sr. Director to secure major gifts for the School of Communication and School of Education and Human Development, and will be responsible for identifying prospective donors, developing cultivation and solicitation plans, and ensuring regular communications and stewardship with donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations
- Ability to establish department goals, and objectives that support the strategic plan
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
