Job Description
The University of Miami Hospital has an opportunity for an Environmental Services Technician - Full Time in the Environmental Services Department. The technician performs cleaning functions to maintain a sanitary, safe, and orderly condition throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Follow established cleaning methods and procedures in performing cleaning duties
- Adhere to guidelines for fire and general safety, waste disposal, dress code, and patient information
- Report areas in need of special cleaning or repairs to appropriate supervisor
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment and organization of supplies
- Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets
