Healthcare Strategy & Transformation Manager

The Healthcare Strategy and Transformation (S&T) Manager contributes to University of Miami Health System's (UHealth) success by providing strategic, transformational, and business development support to UHealth leaders. The Manager leads initiatives with limited oversight and drives complex, critical business initiatives by directly partnering with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• Acts as a strategic consultant/advisor the broader UHealth enterprise on high priority projects and initiatives
• Leads formulation and delivery of strategic initiatives
• Leverages knowledge, skills and relationships to rapidly develop frameworks, define work approaches, conduct analysis, generate insights, and communicate those insights
• Develops and maintains a strong understanding of the external environment through market intelligence, competitive analysis, quantitative market data, and horizon scanning
• Builds strong relationships across clinical, academic, operational, and administrative teams to understand internal priorities, constraints, and opportunities
