Job Description
Payroll Analyst 1 responsible for assisting with bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing, reviewing payroll reports, and providing customer service. Must have an associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, is required.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in relevant field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office)
