Physical Therapist 2

The Department of Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist 2 to work in Kendall, FL. The Physical Therapist 2 provides effective and efficient rehabilitation services to patients and clients in accordance with the APTA guidelines for physical therapy.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field required
• Valid State of Florida Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of the principles and practices in the field of physical therapy
• Knowledge of local, state, federal laws and regulations pertaining to physical therapy
• Ability to plan the objectives, approach and work plan to accomplish goals in accordance with professional and departmental standards
• Ability to supervise personnel in a manner conducive to effective performance and fostering high morale
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
