Job Description
Receives incoming police telephone calls, dispatches emergency services, records data, and maintains records and logs. Provides information and complaint resolution services, responds to radio calls, and develops and relays information.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
